Spanish Panic

Ingredients:
4 flour tortillas
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 lb. cooked hamburger
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can black or pinto beans (drained)
1 can corn
½ bell pepper chopped
1 Tbs. taco seasoning
½ Tbs. Onion (optional)

Directions:
1.      Filling:  Simmer in pan rice, hamburger, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, corn, bell pepper, taco seasoning, and 1 cup cheese.  Warm through
2.    In greased pie pans (you will need 2) place tortilla flat in the bottom. 
3.    Add filling until about half full. 
4.    Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips.
5.    Then fill the pie pan to top with filling.
6.    Put another tortilla on top.
7.    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8.    Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
