Ingredients:
6 cups potatoes cooked and
ready to be mashed
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
½ lb. bacon crumbled
Directions:
1.
Mix first 5 ingredients in mixer until creamy.
2.
Spoon into
greased 9x13 pan.
3.
Top with cheese
and bacon.
4.
Cover with foil
and bake for 30 minutes.
