Ingredients:
2
cups of rice
1
cup Diced Cooked Ham (Or any other meat)
2-3
Green onions, chopped
1
Egg, scrambled
1
large carrot, shredded
½
cup frozen green peas
Soy
sauce to taste
Salt
and pepper to taste
*All ingredients can vary to how much you are
making and what your preferences are.
You can also add whatever you like.
Directions:
1.
Cook
rice as directed.
2.
In
a large frying pan, combine all ingredients.
You can do it in whatever order you like.
**This
is a very simple recipe that we definitely LOVE!!!
